Email support@myfernfolio.com for account access, subscription, privacy, and Community concerns. Include your username and a brief description. Never send your password or payment details by email.

For password help, use Reset password. For plant sharing, photo plans, export, and account deletion, open Settings after signing in.

To report a shared plant, open More options on that Community card and choose Report plant. You can also block a member there.
