Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the plants, photos, and descriptions you upload and share. You must have permission to upload and share that content. You retain ownership of it; you allow us to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate MyFernfolio and to show material you choose to share.
Community
Do not post illegal, harassing, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material. Do not share another person’s private information without permission. Shared plants can be reported, and members can be blocked. We may review, hide, or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules. To report a shared post, use its More options menu, or email support.
Photo plans
The free account includes up to 20 uploaded photos. An available paid subscription enables additional photo uploads while the subscription is active. Pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase by the payment provider. Manage or cancel a web subscription in your account settings; cancellation and access timing follow the terms presented at checkout. If a subscription expires, previously uploaded photos are not automatically deleted, but further uploads may be limited. Purchases through any future iPhone app may have separate Apple billing and cancellation controls.
Availability and account closure
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. You can delete your account in Settings. If we change these terms, we will post the updated terms and effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
